    Question Floyd rose setup

Hi guys can anyone tell me what to do?
I have just bought a new Axis with the FR trem It's very hard to push down owing to it having 3 springs connected so i removed the middle spring but now the trem is floating can anyone tell me a cure for this so that it goes back to the push down position only?

    Hope that makes sense lol!

Hi Bill, you can screw in the screws holding the trem claw in place which will pull the bridge back up against the body. The trem claw is the thing that the loop end of the springs hangs off of. Alternatively put the third spring back in again and loosen the trem claw screws a bit to remove some tension.

    Cheers

You'll need to adjust the long screws that holds your spring claw to the inner body. It takes a bit of fiddling & retuning before you will settle on a floating bridge position you are happy with.
