    My New Axis Super Sport

Well used, but new to me. I got the guitar last week and its awesome. I love how skinny and smooth the neck. Its a bit different from playing the huge frets on my JEM and PGM for sure. Dimarzios are my favorite pickups along with EMGs and these sound great. What model pickups are they anyways?

Its trans blue but looks more aqua blue in person. Lighting plays tricks with the color of Ernie Balls. I used to have a white JP that would look super white sometimes in pictures and then more buttercream in others....weird. I've always wanted an Axis, but never actually played one till I bought this.

According to the serial number it was completed on 12/08/00 and originally sent to Canada.

ha I didn't think anyone would notice that. After I set it up I realized that I did that and didn't feel like changing it incase I busted them in the process....

Why the heck do people wind the strings that way. My sub 1 had all the strings on the wrong side of the tuners and the Wolfgang I just bought had 3 of em wrong. I just don't get it. They are perfectly straight when they're right!!!

I really wanted a vintage trem, but I got a deal on this and I couldn't pass it up. I actually put in a bid that I didn't think would win, but low and behold I won.
