Wiring the silent circuit back in a Silhouette Special

    Hi everybody

Hope you can help me. The thing is that I have replaced the pickups in my SSS silhouette with two duncan mini humbuckers and a duckbucker ind the middle. So far so good ...

But the real challenge is that I need to wire the silent circuit back on and I don't know which wires goes where. Is there anybody who can help with either a detailed wiring diagram including the silent circuit part or a detailed description on how to wire it back on?

I have downloaded the wiring diagrams from the ernie ball website but they do not seem to include how to wire the silent circuit parts.

    Thank you very much :-)

    Red- +9V power
    Black- ground
Blue- noise out (wired to ground of non RWRP pickups)
Violet- inverted noise out (wired to ground of RWRP pickups)
Yellow- wired to ground when you want the SC out of the circuit

Something like the Silhouette Special SSH diagram will give you the feel for how to wire it up in a complicated manner. (You'll have to email Customer Service to get the wiring diagrams.)

Not sure how you're wiring up the 'buckers, but you'll only want the SC in the circuit when they're split and not combined with another split p'up.

    Hope that helps.
