Question: Silho HSH with HSS Pickguard!!! Help Please!

THis is my question!! Can I put a HSS pickguard on a HSH Silho? Does it fit without problem... where can I buy it? How much? Can I get the same color? this is my silho

I want to put a Dimarzio Cruiser on the neck so bad!! IN this Picture there are two SD Pearly gates and the SC is the crapy one from factory!! But the actual configuration is Dimarzio D-Sonic on the bridge, an Area 61 Middle, and the SD Pearly Gate on the neck...but I need a Little Single Coil sound on my Neck position!! Please Help me..I'll apreciate any help!! Thanks

You can definitely do that, though I don't think EBMM makes a HSS pickguard for the Silhouette. The Silhouette Special come in that config, but the pickguards between the two are not interchangeable.

You can get an aftermarket pickguard and load it up. Try this:

Just a note on Dazbootman. I bought a guard from him months ago and upon receiving it, noticed the trem route was way wrong. I don't recall if the ebay auction said whether it was a trem routed or not. I messaged dazbootman a few times before the auction end with no reply and even after I got the guard and still never heard back. I ended up having to cut the trem route myself. So, before you buy it, make sure it's for a Silo with a hard-tail, vibrato or Floyd.

I don't know why dude never responded to my questions, every one here recommended him and the guard is well made for sure although the neck pocket cut is a little big. Next time I think I'll go to the source and get one from EBMM. But I'll have to buy another EBMM to put it on... YAY!!!
