The Axis and the Silhouette: Canon Rock

Ok... I know this song has been done to death. But I thought this was worth posting because you have the same guy, playing the double guitar parts, using 2 different EBMMs. Nice huh?

Yeah... the embedding didn't show up on the "preview post". Only after actual posting. Heh.

Good idea for a video. The dual guitars is a real nice effect.
The fast runs tend to blur together a bit too much for my taste though. Two distorted guitars need to keep it simple, Hotel California comes to mind as perfect example "how to".
Some real crazy and disjointed sounds are happening with the backing track starting at ~3:18, a few seconds before"the mistake"........or non-chordal tone.
1st EBMM: Silhouette Special, Candy Red, HSS, trem, rosewood.
    2nd EBMM: Luke, Black.
3rd EBMM: Steve Morse Y2D, De-Purple Burst, trem. Most beautiful guitar I have ever seen!
Amps: Fender; '69 Bandmaster-Reverb, '73 Super-Reverb, 120W Ceriatone "Overtone Special", Hot Rod Deville 212, '65 Princeton reissue, Tweed Blues Jr., Gibson GA-20RVT, Blues Deluxe, Carvin V3M, Fender '65 Twin-Reverb reissue.

Not much finesse to his playing, though he seems to be in a lab.

    I'm sick of this track.
I remember about 8 years ago hearing in my head how good Canon could sound rocked up but now I am sick of it and I don't especially care for the arrangement.

Anyway, what most gets me about is the tempo and the horrible vibrato that people have to use with it lol... yuck!
