    Great choice of pickups, fella.

I have just ordered a D Sonic/Area '61/Air Norton combo for my Sub project:

When we're done, you show me yours and i'll be sure to show ye mine

I mentioned on another thread the other day that I had tried my first maple neck Silo. Awesome neck. Fact.

I know you probo know this but remember to change the pots to 500K if you are planing to change to the Cruiser and the D Sonic. It will Open them up a bit more and bring out the highs. Also a mod that I normaly do on my guitars is a push pull to turn on the Neck Pickup so you can have the bridge and the neck on at the same time. You can also tap the Cruiser to get a single coil tone. might be cool to mess around with.

I changed the Bridge pickup to an Andy Timmons and the neck to an Air Norton and the middle to and Area 67. I also threw a No load tone pot in as well as a Tremol-no and changed the tuning knobs to the pearl ones ! And now It rocks harder and looks sexier than ever!!!!!!!

Its pretty cool. I like it. It was real easy to install after watching the YouTube video about installation.
Not sure if you know this but it has 3 modes, 1= Fixed bridge 2=dive only (Axis Style) and 3=full floating. These are done by tightening/loosening thumb screws.

They run about $50-$60 But I like it. There are 2 versions. For EBMMs you need the "pin" type.

    Hope that helps.

Man those pics are about 2 weeks old and my fretboard is darker now than it is in the pics!!! I probably play my Silo about 5 hours a day. Which unfortunately means that I have to change the strings every week.
