Hi Mates,
I have a SS with Piezo and was wondering if it's possible to build in a three way switch like in the Piezo JP's or Lukes. ( Magnetic, Piezo, Both)
Thanks
Gaston

Gaston, have you seen this?

Yes, you can do that. The switch would ground the input of the mags/piezos to the preamp when not selected, just like turning down the volume.
Pretty sure I've done up a wiring diagram for this, though I've never tested it. But it's definitely possible. Just a hassle.
If it were me I'd probably stick with the standard controls, though. Other option is to use a TRS (stereo) cable and build a mag/piezo footswitch.

yeah, I've seen it many times. But I think you missunderstood my question. When I plug a mono Cable in the Mix Pot, I want a switch to select between the combination that is going through the mono cable. Only Piezo, only Magnetic or both. It takes me way too long time to turn the volume knobs during the songs. Thats why I thought of the threeway switch as they are in the JP. ( I hope I made myself clear enoughSadly I'm not used to write down my thoughts in english anymore
So please forgive me...
Thanks for the help anyway![]()
