The pics on Drum City Guitarland's site NEVER do any justice to the true beauty of a guitar. I bought both of my BFRs from them because I thought they looked amazing...then I opened the cases and found out I got MORE than I paid for

THey are the reason for the "That Top Sucks" We got just pounded because of the PRSers ad such that didnt like us making maple top guitars and then pointing to drum cirty pics saying that top sucks.....They are a fabulous dealer but we wish they would take better pictures

I knew about the "That Top Sucks" but I didn't know it was DCGL. I'm gonna have to talk to Jason (might do some good to have customers complain). The pics are getting worse... They've got a Stealth Black JP6 on the site and the pic is extremely out of focus. I've been contemplating buying this guitar but I don't know. I wanna know what it really looks like...not what it would look like if I were half-blind.

I spoke to Jason the other day as well (I have bought about 6 guitars from him in the past). I also told him about the stealth and a few other guitars as well. He said that he is "working on it" to get better pics.
Don't get me wrong, he's a nice guy and they get great stuff, I'm not knocking him, but the picture issue has always been a problem IMO as well.

Yeah. Jason is a great guy. The customer service over there is great.

Even good pictures of most quilt tops don't really do the finishes justice. They really burst out at you at different angles, under different lighting conditions.
