Mikey, the same place as a new one: http://www.ernieball.com/mmonline/registration/ It is harder to find now because we moved it to each of the individual instruments page. (also: go ahead and check the box at the top because it won't register without it, just understand that this doesn't mean you are getting a new factory warranty )

Absolutely! Actually a matching headstock was not even an option on those yet, and never was on the HSS/SSS Axis Sports. Your SSS Trans Purple Sport was completed on Jan 23 1998 and was shipped to a store called Hollowood Music in Pittsburgh, PA. nice -

Sure, your JP in the Blue Dawn Limited Edition was completed on 7/10/07 and was originally shipped to Drum City GuitarLand in Wheat Ridge (Denver), Colorado. Sweet!
