    JP6 Mystic Dream Rocks!

Hi! I just got my new loaded JP6 Mystic Dream today and I'm blown away! In person, the MD finish looks amazing! It' now my favorite of the solid finishes. I purchased this guitar new yesterday from Willcutt's Guitar Shoppe, Inc. As always, excellent build quality and playability. The new JP6 Signature case is a nice touch and the guitar fits much better in the new lining. Did you upgrade the JP7 case in the same fashion? My serial number is: G38977. Thanks!

Roxy - congratulations on your new guitar! Glad you like it - it was completed on 2/14/08 and was shipped to Willcutt Guitars in Lexington, Kentucky. And yes, we have upgraded the cases, thanks for noticing. We actually use that same case for the JP6 and the JP77, and they both fit quite nicely.

    Best,

    Dan

    Hi Dan,

I'm from Belgium, and i bought today a Silhouette, the serial number is: 89040

I have no serial number stamped on the neck plate? Mine's blank, the number is pressed into the back of the headstock.

The color of the guitar is blue, Shaller parts, a weird Chrome Tremelo with fine tuning.
It has HSH configurations (thats also rare i think).
In the neck pocket is writen 3 Nov 1988, and it is in mind condition.
I bought it for 450 US dollars

Firts i thougt it was a fake (blank Neck plate), but aftee reading this Forum i think its a real one

Could someone tell me something about the tremelo, is it a schaller

    Thanks!

rik, it would appear the pickups have been swapped for what appear to be DiMarzios. The originals would have been made by Schaller. The Schaller bridge and string lock system appears original. This guitar was built on March 15 1989. The color was a limited, I believe it was called True Blue, but I am not sure.

    Very nice find!!
