    Maybe a stupid question Dan but Ill ask anyways. Why did EBMM put the serial # on a removeable plate instead of the wood itself???

    No matter where you put a serial number, it can be removed or lost or altered. Originally we put them on the back of the headstock, but then if you exchanged necks then that was out. On the body is a possibility, but where without compromising the finish? The neck plate is easy to see. It just seemed the most logical to us - it is usually not a problem.

    NLG, sure ..... your guitar information:

    G45108 - Electric Blue built on 6/02/09 - sent to West Chester Music, PA.
    G30313 - Morse Blueburst built on 1/06/06 - sent to Guitar Emporium, Louisville, KY.

    hehehe ... ok - that works! It tells us that this beauty was completed on April 27, 2009 and that it is a Tremolo Flame top with a rosewood fretboard.
