So come on, give us the TONE REPORT. My experience was that it had a nice open bridge humbucker that was great, and the neck pup was stratty as you could get, the whole guitar was very strong sounding.

Aint Colin the best to deal with????

well i used it tonight at practise, and it took a bit to get used to single coils again! its been so long.. but i love it, its very versatile! and is VERY comfortable to play, the arm contour is perfect. the humbucker is quite 'bright' compared to my other HB guitars, but i like it, just a little adjustment to the amp and was great. pos 4 (away from bridge pos) is one of my favs on it at the moment. now if only it was a piezo model it would have challenged the JP for the #1 spot!! i absolutely love the neck on the silo! and with the RW fretboard its a dream to play.
oh i havent tried it through the markV yet, i use my f-50 still live until i get my new rig setup. but ill have a go in the markV tomorrow, getting some pedals and other goodies

and yes Colin is a great guy. was good having a chat with him today, had a look at a couple of his personal guitars, very nice I would be more than happy to deal with him again in the future Thanks again Colin.

oh and thanks EBMM crew, another outstanding guitar that i have acquired, and what a guitar!! im so glad i bought it

Congrats on the 06LE. Out of all the LE's, I really like the black/gold set up. Always been partial to black/gold, ever since I bought my les Paul back in the 70's. I bet it's awesome thro the F50?

I say yeah go for the gold knobs - I have a solid gold trem and pickup selector knob made from an ounce of scrap gold - that I'm still waiting on being machined.

    More pics please?????
