i store my cases at the staircase, between to floors. don´t know how the english word is for, in germany we say "halbstock". so half step on the way to the next floor.

Das Wort "Halbstock" kannte ich bis eben gar nicht....ich dachte, das wäre ein Zwischengeschoß. Aber bei den Franken ist ja vieles anders

hm, ja bei uns sagt man da halbstock zu. zwischengeschoß ist jetzt für mich neu.
aber bei euch nordlichtern ist ja eh vieles anders.
