Case issue

Hey guys! I got my new Luke with piezo a couple of months ago. The middle latch on the case won't clasp tightly. The guitar is signed by Lucious on the trem plate too! I really want this guitar protected and the guitar seems to wiggle around in the case too much. I'm sure it was UPS being rough with it instead of Beaver and the guys over at BassCentral. Something like a BFR case would be really nice since it's signed. Can I get just a new case? Do you guys have any ideas on how to fix this issue or have had this issue?

Call EB customer support or E-mail them. i know where to get the standard EB Cases but not the BFR case.
