    This is a FANTASTIC Forum!!!

Well, I had to do the unthinkable... I had to sell my JP6. When I moved to Europe a came over without an amp. When the amp I was borrowing was taken back I was ampless.

The JP6 was the guitar that had to go unfortunately as it was the newest one in the stable with the least amount of memories and emotional attachment. Good new is that now I have a new amp.

Even better, no, Great news it that it is now in the hands of a Fan of Petrucci and his style of music and Ernie Ball here in Slovenia (I don't know if he'll join the forum or not).

When I opened up the case, his eyes lit up as it was the first time he saw a JP6 in person. When he played it, I could see that it was instant love. So while I am sad I sold the guitar, I don't think I could have sold it to a better person.

I told him about this forum and how great it is... and it is... while I don't post much, I read it almost every day and am always impressed by what a great community this is.

Kudos to all of you and Kudos to BP and the rest of the EBMM team (especially Beth, who made me believe that good, no, amazing customer service still exists). Owning an EBMM instrument is like being part of a family.

I'll still be around (gotta see what Morbid's guitar ends up looking like) and who knows, maybe another EBMM will come my way again (eventually I'll have to get my son, who is 2 years old, a guitar... may a 35th anniversary guitar? ). I'm happy to have experienced the quality and legacy of EBMM... now I know.

    Rock On!

Cheers bro. It's too bad that you had to sell your JP6, they are amazing, amazing guitars. At least it will be loved by its new owner quite a bit!
