    I'm fortunate enough to have the best of both worlds.

    I have my 20" iMac for recording and more project/work related stuff, and a Windows Laptop for sitting on the couch or bed and being a vegetable.

    I Love both Operating Systems, and understand that they are catered towards different things. I'm not picking sides!

    gheheh.. my own personal computer is a macbook pro, my mrs has her windows machine for sims and facebook and at work we run windows.

    i like them all, but i only love the mrs
    and perhaps some protools on the mac...

    less relief / flatter = lower action
    more relief / bow = higher action
    do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your pressious!
    also, if you are lucky enough to have a 100th namm sr4: the truss works the other way around on that one!

    I'll chime in for all those that just run a Win PC, and really don't give a stuff 'cause it gets the job done.
    What is it with Mac users who all feel the need to share that they use a Mac to everyone, any chance thay can? None of us Luddites actually care, geddit?
    If I need a UNIX fix, I have a RS6000 with AIX installed, but IBM must be as uncool as it gets, especially when the OS hasn't got some hip name like sea-monkey, or something like that..........P.S. please mac-men, take this with the humour with which I intended. I would perhaps go down that road myself, but the wife... well if it doesn't look like windows 95, boy, do I get a serve.

    PC here as well. Would love to have a Mac but I have so much quality PC software that the cost in cross-grading it always seems to enter the equation.
