To the modders: Where else to get a pickguard?

Anyone else know where I can get an HSS, HxH, or HxS pickguard for my Silhouette Special besides Chandler?

There's a bunch of pickguards on eBay but they're all for Silo's; I need one for a Silo Special.

My guitar is currently loaded with Duncans, I'd like to build up a 2nd pickguard assembly for a DiMarzio set.

Whats wrong with Chandler? They are great. No other companies can compare to their prices and good service.

Nothing at all! One of their guards is sitting on my Silo Special right now.

I'm just interested to see what other makers are out there and what materials they offer.

    PickguardParadise.com

Just send them a template and they can create what you want. I had a custom Tele pickguard made from them that was great.

    Here are a couple:

Sharp Concepts Guitar Pickguards - Custom Pickguard Products

Pickguard Paradise :: Custom Created Guitar Accessory

Most of the places will make you a custom one, but you have to either send them yours or a tracing of it.

Here is a quick search: http://www.ernieball.com/forums/sear...archid=1399081

    Hope it helps, Glenn |B)
