Hi guys, i have been having a problem with my Jp6 lately. It seems to me no matter how high i set the action i have a buzz at the 11th, 12th and 13th frets on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th strings. The buzz will only go away when the action is set at a height that is impossible for me to play.
Naturally this has gotten in the way of my playing.
I was wondering if i should send it to EB to have it looked at, or should i take it to a local tech?.

It sounds a little bit to me like it might be a neck relief problem as opposed to an action or fret problem.

I tried adjusting it according to the FAQ but this caused a fret buzz at the 4th and 5th frets.
tomorrow i will call Customer Service and ask them.
