Question: Does Steve Lukather play the BFR luke?

I haven't seen him play the bfr yet. Does he use it?

He uses it and it is in his rotation but he often times relies on his standby's/favorites like the black sparkle, for instance.

I like the rosewood-necked Lukes more than the regular ones. The rosewood adds a tonal dimension and richness that complements the alder body perfectly.

True, but that FIB dvd is getting old fast, and he would have so many new guitars since then.....

He seems to like his orange firemist one with the BFR rosewood neck a lot. He's using it in the studio for his upcoming solo record. Have seen him on a couple of shots with this guitar recently.
