    Any non tremolo Petrucci EBMM's?

This is honeslty my favorite guitar but have no experience maintaining the tremolo system. My guitars are tune-o-matic and fixed bridges. But the sound of the petrucci slays all my guitars..edwards les paul, jackson slsmg, etc.. My edwards is heavy beast and the petrucci still packs more uuumph than the edwards.
Sooo any of you here that were not familiar with tremolo systems buy this guitar and learn how to maintain it yourself? Or is there a EBMM Petrucci without trem? (I doubt that last question gets a yes)

There's no such thing as a hardtail JP. The JP trem is super easy to maintain as long as you take one string off at a time when restringing. Its the easiest to maintain of all the guitars I've owned.

The JP Trem is a breeze. And it's there if you ever decide to use it.
Guitars: EBMM JP 6, EBMM 25th, Ibanez 7 string, Carvin DC127 (on order)
Amps: Mark V, HT-5, Cube 30, Hot Rod Deluxe, many cabs
Effects: Carbon Copy, DD-20, Cry Baby Wah, Pitchblack, EVH Phaser

Great deals with frisco, Astronome, and others

I'm not really a trem guy either- I usually blocked them with wood, as Colin suggested. Quick, cheap and reversible.

Thought of that guitar as soon as I saw this thread.

With EBMM the phrase "no such thing as a (insert guitar of choice without offered feature here)" is subject to change at any time.
