Guitar Pictures - Axis Super Sport Tribute x4

Some more pictures of the bunch, here are my Axis Super Sports:

    Axis SS HH Rosewood

Axis SS MM90 Pacific Blue Burst

Axis SS MM90 Honey Burst (piezo). This one looks a lot brighter in these pictures than it does in person, the colors are much warmer in reality. I think it was too sunny out, plus I struggle with red guitars

Axis SS HH Tobacco Burst (piezo)

what are the saddles in the tobacco ASS that have replaced the EBMM originals? are they graphtec ghosts? whatever they are, how easy were they to fit and how does the sound compare?

Those are the standard piezo saddles from Music Man.

I wish...I play out occasionally, but very low key stuff. I'm pretty much a hack...

I'll have to figure out how to do the group shot, I do need to have one of those.

These are the kind of threads that make me wish I could get along with the Axis neck.

Maybe it's time to revisit the Axis...

Brad... if you can learn to play on a painted neck, picking up the Axis will be a breeze.

It's not the finish (or lack thereof) I don't get along with. It's the shape of the neck. For some reason, the assymmetric neck profile and 10" radius screw with my hands.

I could still give it another try. Just gotta find an Axis to play for a few hours.

Brad, the Axis fits me like a glove, but I know where you're coming from. I love the Luke to death, but just can't bond with the shallow V-neck. I tried for months, never could do it, I had to send the guitar to a good home. Been through that twice....oh well.

Thanks for all the nice comments, everybody!
