This is a discussion on Pedal Boards within the Music Man Guitars forums, part of the Gear Talk category; Here is a video showing what I currently have, and some light specs of it. Give me some suggestions. Thanks ...

Pedaltrain! I love mine. I have the PT-1 (exactly like the PT-2 but with a slightly cheaper hard case) and I can fit my Mesa footswitch, Korg Pitchblack tuner, Ernie Ball Wah, MXR EVH Phase 90, MXR EVH Flanger, TC Electronic Nova Delay, and MXR Stereo Chorus with room to spare for maybe one maybe two smaller pedals.

I still vote for pedaltrain. Probably a PT-2 or PT Pro. go for the hard case model. should do everything your Pedal Pad does, but will weigh less.

The PT-1 is 22 x 12.5, probably enough room for your mounted pedals

The PT-2 is 24 x 12.5, would probably accomodateeverything mounted plus your talk box and compressor.

The PT-Pro is 32 x 16 and could fit everything you have and then some.

Plenty of room for your power strip underneath, or if you upgraded to power supplies (Voodoo Labs, BBE, T-Rex, Dunlop). If you go with the hard case, there's also plenty of room to throw in your cables.

The mounting could be tricky, but doable. As long as you're sure on placement, some metal screws will mount your pedals perfectly in place. Though I will say, the Velcro that comes with the Pedaltrain is rock solid.
Currently modding the heck out of a SBMM SILO30

If you want a more customized board, check out Blackbird Pedal boards. Great features, such as the wah/volume tray.
