NAMM Show, any requests for interviews?

So I'm traveling over to for the NAMM show and more importantly to cover Ernie Ball's 50th Anniversary. I'm even bringing a camerman to help me out with the work load. So here's the question what do you guy's want to see? Which EBMM artists/Employees's would you like interviewed? What questions have you always wanted asked? Please let me know? Obviously the Employee option (Sterling, Dudley, Drew etc) is limited because these guy's are working hard at the show and they frequent the forum anyway. Also, I have been given tickets to the Conan O'Brien when I'm in town and we are negotiating a possible interview so this trip is going to be full on! Thanks to the EBMM crew and Pete DuBaldo as always for their support!

Hey Colin -really Jealous of your visit to NAMM - if you can track down Mr Bonamassa and get his thoughts on EBMM guitars and the custom reverse headstock morse that'd be fab-o..... And get him to ask BP to do a signature model !! :-)

Apart from that just lots of HD footage of the stand and whatever crazy stuff is going on - I reckon it'll be something off the wall this year becuase of the 50th anniversary...... you lucky guy -wish I could be there.

Hey Colin, thanks for the opportunity. I know you will have to widdle down the questions so here are a few that you can pick from:

    Joe Bonamassa
Being that music is a snapshot in time, do you feel your songs have evolved to the next level at the end of a tour or do you feel the recorded version to be just as powerful.

    Joe Bonamassa
What piece of equipment have you found that you cannot live without?

    Joe Bonamassa
Do you still get a kick out of shopping for new equipment? If so, How do you go about it?

    Joe Bonamassa
What are you currently geeking out on that's not musically related.

it would be interesting to hear Bonamassa opinions between the different guitars on his rig, the possiblity of a 6 string JB model and his opinion between EB and Gibson IMO EB>Gibson.

Mmm don't know whether it would be diplomatic to draw Bonamassa in on an EB V Gibson debate.
Maybe just turn the question around and ask him what does he feel that his EB guitars bring to the table? Any traits that particularly stand out for him?

Colin, talk with Dudley and the engineering team. See they're different philosophies and such. See how they're different perspectives mesh together so that they work as a team and such.

John Petrucci: How the pursuit of the perfect sound, the perfect technics, etc is for you ? What's your state of mind ? How do you approach that ? What's your philosiphy about music and progression ?

I'm really curious about that, 'cause I think the way we do something is more important than the time we can past on it. For example, find your own method to put 2 hours of practice in 1 and now practice for 5 hours, you know what I mean. I think all is about our state of mind. Anyway, I'm curious what is John's philosophy about music and progression.

    Colin,

Awesome mate, wish I had made plans to go; had an invite but my work is keeping me close to home right now. Would have loved to catch up with you!

So anything you do is/will be awesome! But my preference would be anything Luke, and well anything Joe B.

Oh and random spot interviews with people at the EBMM booth could be funny, and maybe a Pete D. one as well.

Actually there's a good point - could we have a Pete Dubaldo interview as to what it's like to be a dealer, what are the challenges he faces with retail, what an average EBMM customer is like? :-)
