    Is that a new Ball or a Les Paul?

    Saw this in the background of the new Ernie Ball Cobalt video:

    Is that a new EBMM guitar or a Les Paul?

    It's probably a LP or variant, but just thought I'd ask!

    If it's a Les Paul, I don't think it's a Gibson. The shape of the upper bout appears to be slightly different.

    thick body......looks like a semi-hollow with no f holes. chambered body?

    It seems weird that we wouldn't have heard about it until now, but tis the season (NAMM). Given everything else that's hanging on the wall and the guy in the chair, my money is it's a new EBMM.

    Very interesting! I bet you that it's a prototype. Why would they have a non-EBMM guitar on the wall? All of the other guitars are. Nice find!

    Another possibility is that they had it to test the new strings on a different guitar style. Who knows? Oh yeah, EBMM!
