NAMM was great - but how do you guys do it?

The last week was manic for the EB staff and back room teams in organising:-

    Namm &
    50 th Anniversary celebrations.

What with the demands on your time - it was obviously a hectic period.

Then you have the tear down and return to "Business as Usual" - dealing with the everyday running of Ernie Ball, catching up on the work that no doubt piled up whilst you were at NAMM. Phew - I don't envy you at all - how do you do it and keep sane - you must be excellent at juggling?

Don't think so. If it were just 'the job' it'd be a nine to five thing I think. You guys eat, breath, live Ernie Ball.
That kind of commitment to the product and customers is not common, especially not within some other large guitar corporations (not naming any, but you guys know which ones I mean).

So a big THANKS to all of you.

The job requires a passion and a determined hard work ethic where you constantly give it your all. The EB crew have it all!

In no way or capacity was i as involved as Sterling and the EBMM Family. I was an Artist for a pedal company doing demos and i've got to tell you that i'm just now starting to recover from the weekend. So i can only imagine how exhausting it is for BP and the crew. They're all top notch and even if they're tired they don't let it show.
Enjoy the Journey - Enjoy the Process

I started this thread 'cos I've helped at some exhibs. It's really hard keeping a smile on your face, showing good body language and rolling your sleeves up for set up and tear down - carting all the (considerable amount of) gear to the vans.
It's a great buzz doing it but a heck of a days work. Now multiply what I did by 100 = NAMM. Hats off to you guys and all the people in the background - job well done.
