You are right Mug and the upgraded Floyd, top mounted nut and G&G case while we are at it. I seriously can't find another build by anyone on par with these for the price.

Nice going Rokstar- where theres a will theres a way.

straycat113, I live in Canada, When I found out about the Axis tributes I had no problems getting on the phone and paying for two of them, all I had to do was to figure out how to get them home. The reason for this law is because the music stores and builders want each of us to buy from our local music stores. Well anyways, I drove to Spokane to pick up one of them (Pinky) and then I had FedEX pick up the other one (Blackie) and I shipped it to myself, done deal... No Regrets MusicMan Guitars are the best guitars by far for the price. I have spent far more on my Green and Pink Evhs to worry about warranty's.

Gotcha, man. Us Canuckleheads have to do, what we have to do. I totally understand the reasoning for the "no shipping outside the country" policy. And I agree with it. It's there to protect the dealers. But it would be cool if there was an exception made when there are exclusives like the GC Axis tributes. Because you can't go to a dealer up here and get them anyway.

Thats the way to get it done Jackson, I love the guitars you have on your rack. Of course the Green EVH shades me a little green with envy lol. It took me a longtime to find my Pink one and I know where about 40 of the 96 Greens are, but it may be easier to land a kidney!

The Green Evh was like destiny, It was on Ebay and I noticed he was selling it from Calgary. He had it listed also that he has the right to cancel the auction at any time. I emailed the guy and he cancelled the auction, I got it for a real fair price, and picked it up that night. Its mint, probably the best Evh I have ever played, but it lives in my vault. I'm looking for a mint Red one now as you can tell from ozzyrules posts. Lucky guy.....it couldn,t of gone to a nicer guy anyways.

Did you get my message about the Red EVH that's for sale at a shop just outside of Toronto. Send me a PM and I'll send the link.

Yes I did, I called them and the guitar is at the Guitar Shoppe.....I've been thinking about that one for a while now, but he wants 3k for that guitar. The guitar itself has a beautiful top but the guitar itself is not mint. For 3k in this soft guitar market right now is a little too much. One will show up sooner or later, I'm hoping sooner.

    Thanks for thinking of me

What!!!!!!! 3k is just crazy. I think Brent is gonna have that sitting in his shop for a while. I check that site quite a bit. If I see a price posted that's cheaper I'll let ya know.

I just traded in my tangerine pearl jp6 on saturday at guitar center and got a translucent gold tribute coming in from houston. Just couldn't bond with the JP and I've always wanted an axis. Are the few tributes listed on the GC platinum site still part of the initial run of 130?

So whats the word on another run? I would really like to order another one in another color.

Thanks Glen, I'm looking forward to hunting down another perfect one. But It's kind of a double edged sword in the fact that, yes, we want some more of these, and the folks that didn't get a chance to pick one up will now have another chance.

But on the other had it sort of lowers the "exclusive" aspect of the having one if the count goes a lot higher than the original 130+. Oh well, they're great guitars so I want another one!
