Tone that good cannot be given a value - it must be earned... the wood alone is worth the national deficit of any country.... seriously though.... I've seen them go for as little as $1200 - I paid £2000 GBP for mine and don't regret it.

    Good luck!

It is NOT an Axis. A 25th Anniversary is a 25th Anniversary. It is not in any way an Axis model.

With all due respect...Jack, this isn't my first Music Man guitar. I completely understand the 25 Anniversary is not an Axis. I was merely referring to the body shape..I want to make that crystal clear.

I've been playing Music Man guitars exclusively since April 2000.

I think 1200$ is quite low for a 25th if you compare to a price of Reflex

but a guitar worth what you are ready to pay for

Brand new on GC was just a little higher than that a few months ago(with incentive 15% off coupon). Got any pics? I know a few guys that are looking, if it's a killer quilt top. Also, price varies from hard tail to trem, maple or rosewood board, etc.

A really nice one just sold on EBAY for $1200. That's a steal of a price.

T4T you do not state if you are looking to buy it or sell one so I will just throw this out there. You will see them for such a low price at the present because GC had recently blown out the remaining ones that they had in stock for $1,500 to $1,600 a few months ago. If you are looking to buy you can work around those numbers or possibly lower, but as the dust settles and some time passes expect them to go back up. The 25th essentially became the Reflex.
