    Put a D-tuna on my Axis!!

    Hi again guys,

    Having read a few of the posts here about problems installing the d-tuna, I was a little worried but ..... It took 10 minutes, using the same string,retuned and it worked - no problems whatsoever! Pics to follow!

    Haha! I was very surprised after reading on the forum that some couldn't get it to tune properly. I was expecting a few hours of tears but it worked straight away. All I'll say is ..... RTFI. !!!

    I think that the discussions/posts that you are referring to were based on installing the D-Tuna on the new MM Gotoh Floyd, which has a different design than the old model and requires a little bit more work to get the D-Tuna installed. Which year is your Axis from? and let's see some pics!

    It's a 2007 Natural Axis. When did they change design or the trem?

    The new Gotoh Trem is a bit different on the Tribute Axis's, It works on them you just have to do a few things to get it to work.
