Today I changing strings on my JpXI 6 , it comes to me in November, and see diffect on the 16 fret. Look Image.
I am sure that this is not a mechanical failure. What you recommend to do?

Not sure what I'm looking at exactly. But if you have an issue with a new guitar, you need to email the customer service folks, and they can help you out.
