    My first music man guitar!

Hi, I'm new to the forum, I bought my first Music Man guitar about 4 weeks ago and I have to say that this is another world compared to my other guitars. I have included a couple of pictures.

I bought the guitar second hand and was told by the previous owner that it has an all rosewood neck, but when I asked for details in the DOB thread Aziah said it has a Roasted Maple Neck.

I really have no reason to doubt what Aziah claims, but I'm pretty sure this is an all rosewood neck, so I was wondering if any of you can see from the picture what kind of neck I have?

    Great forum by the way

Without a doubt that is a all rosewood neck. Beautiful axe you've got there. What were you playing On before?

Hi and thanks for your answer, I was kinda hoping for that answer

Hope I'm not offending anyone by naming my other two guitars, but I have one Jackson SL3 and one Fender 54 strat anniversary, both are excellent and expensive instruments, but the Music Man is so much easier to play and it sounds amazing, the resonance, the build quality, the piezo, the whammy, the neck... everything about this Music Man guitar screams quality to me. I knew the MM guitars where like the Rolls Royce of the guitar world, but I would never have imagined that it would be such an incredible instrument as it is.

I have to admit that when I got the MM I had to take it to my tech because there was a loose wire to the Piezo, but this was easily fixed at no cost

    Welcome
Very nice guitar with a ROSEWOOD neck ... I think it's pretty rare, you don't see a lot of JP + Rosewood

    Hey sjonkel

Congrats on the new guitar. I too purchase my first EBMM recently, and am looking forward to sharing some pics and hopefully getting more info on thanks to the forum community.
