    It would have been fun to go, but I have work, school and I just bought a house, so I don't have any spare cash for tix to CA.

    I'm amp shopping right now. I think I've settled on a Marshall AVT275. I'd like to have Alex Lifeson's Hughes & Kettner rig, but I'm not in that $$ column yet (getting there)

    Well, I'm still at home aswell... SLO is a bit too far from hometown Dessel, Belgium...

    I would consider sth else. I have Marshall 150 AVT and for me the OD channel is TERRIBLE. Well I was a little bit stupid back then (I played guitar for 3 years so what in earth I knew about decent distortion sound ) maybe consider buying some Line 6 Flextone III, they are quite nice IMO,

    All the AVT's I have tried sound terrible, give the Line 6 Flextone a go, they sound great and are great Value for money.
