Well any of the Floyd Upgrade blocks I have seen.
The Floyd ones will not fit the Gotoh bridge.
You have to get a specific one machined for the Gotoh.

I have some blocks for OFRs and tried them on the Axis Gotoh trem and they do not fit. The hole spacing different. You do need to specify the trem block will be for an Axis/Gotoh locking trem. They are out there.

Sorry I missed your real question, the 40mm should be no problem since the trems on the Axis are not recessed. Just be sure the block is drilled for the Gotoh.

Dude are you even reading the comments?
If you bought one for a Floyd it wont work.. at all.
It wont join with the Gotoh tremolo...

It is as simple as that.
Nothing to do with the size it is the holes to screw onto the trem that are different.

Guess I just wasted my 1,000th post...

I think he won a new Ti block (says so in his first post) and he needs to tell whomever he won it from which size he wants to receive.

I agree with the recommendation to contact CS.
