hey guys quick question. when you clean your basses what do you wipe the head stock with? do you use the Wonder wipes or do you just use Guitar polish?

Finished wood and metal hardware only with soft clean cotton cloth!
Rub firmly until high shine! :)

Unfinished neck is another story and already exist Thread about that! ;)

Does anyone know how I can clean the back of the neck? it's a bongo so it's painted and it get a bit dirty so it's harder to move my hand around the neck so it definitely needs a clean.

Cleaning is for pussys...research shows that dirty basses sound 74% better than clean ones. I wouldn't make that up...

Bongo necks, I use the same thing I use on the body. Either a wonder wipe if I have them or a bottle of EB guitar polish and a torn up t-shirt.

Dunlop spray polish and a diaper (not a paper one, a real, cotton one, and no, its not a used diaper).

lemon oil works well if you don't let it sit. I use lemon oil to get the tough stuff off my bongo's neck then guitar polish for finer stuff
