VERY COOL! Are these original L1's or re-issues? I LOVE those guitars (the V profile on the neck was always hard for me, though, and it was way less pronounced on the reissues).

Enjoy!

The Red Luke is an early 1994 I was told due to the pot dates and neck date. Also does not have the battery cover access plate. The Blue one is from 1995 according to the guy i got it from. He says he bought it then and it cam with a catalog from '95. Man I am loving these guitars. The neck is thin. Thinner then I expected. I had a Luke III rosewood neck and this feels like half the thickness. I own some Jackson's and ESP guitars with EMG pickups but man these don't give me that metal sound at all! These EMG's sound very organic and rolling off the volume they clean up like a regular pup. The term also doesn't feel like a floyd either. Cant explain why but these just are made for Luke man pure rock/blues fusion.
