I don't know why it took me so long to get my hands on one but I'm really glad I went for it.

I love love love the neck on this. I have smaller hands so it fits really well.

Anyway here she is. I know you've seen them before. I just wanted to say thanks.

Congrats on the LK100D,

I always liked that color on a luke, it looks great with the rosewood board and the unfinished headstock, (which I prefer on lukes to be honest).

There is just something about the unfinished headstock that really sets off the whole vibe perfectly, at least for me. :)

Excellent choice !

And Welcome to the Family as Ed so eloquently put it.

Cheers,

Tom

Congrats and welcome to the family! If you're thinking some others in the near future, a St. Vincent and Valentine really fill out and a quite the tonal triumvirate with an LK100D.

Where'd you get the LK100D at?

Thanks Brian. I like the looks of the Valentine. Are the necks similar?
I got it from MF. 20% off. :)

I played the LK and L3 side by side and had a very hard time telling the difference.

You got an incredible value and an amazing guitar.

Enjoy!!

Hope to try a Luke 3 some day. I live over 3hrs from the nearest GC.

If your closest GC is like those near me (and those I've been into in other cities) don't drive there expecting to see a Luke3 unless you've confirmed they have one ahead of time. I ordered mine having never played one, and it's an awesome guitar.
