I’m in love with my Cutlass SSS and would love a hardtail RS HSS.
Anyone that knows the scoop think we’ll see a hardtail version of either the Cutlass or Stingray anytime soon?

It'd be nice to have the option, but as both of these have surface-mount vibrato bridges (vs. full-floating), it's not only feasible but also very easy to make them behave much more closely to hardtails (in fact, even when using 12s in standard, I got some strat bridges to behave as hardtail when using 5-springs: double-stop bends wouldn't go out of tune).

Hence I'd say the priority isn't all that big in the grand scheme of things but eh... it's whatever MM does.

I'd LOVE to see a hardtail JP\ but that's in God's hands ;)

Well, hunter Hayes Cutlass is hardtail... there was talk of him getting a signature Cutlass. Jason Richardson signature looks to be Cutlass based too, tho not hardtail

Any idea what’s up with the Hunter Hayes Cutlass?
Seems like it’s been awhile talking about it, but nothings happened.
Negotiation issues?
