Where to buy a back plate

Looking to buy a backplate...anybody know of good, inexpensive options?
Also may be looking for a hard case (preferably Music Man, but price beats out brand at this point)

Guy I bought my JP6 from had customer service send me a replacement. He'd had his signed by one of his heroes (not JP) and wanted to keep it. That's where I'd start.
