I like the AL a lot, but the market seems to still be awash in leftover orange sparkle ones at the moment and it's not THAT different.

That Albert Lee is boss. Not my style exactly, but I love it.

Beej, yah I love the look of the AL with out the pick guard. It reminds me of the Axis look. I'm not a gold hardware fan myself, but i hope they make some more like this in the future. Man, that would be so cool with the mahogany tone block in it, huh?

The AL is sweet, but I've got to get the last one paid off first. Please don't make an Axis in that configuration, at least for another year or so. :D

Keith oh yah good point, that totally slipped my mind, but think if the two wood types were blended, might be very unique.
