Sterling Majesty Pickup Upgrade?

Hi! I just bought a Sterling MAJ100 in artic dream, and it shreds. I'm reading in all the reviews that people wish it came with JP's DiMarzio pickups. My question is, is it worth it to upgrade to the DiMarzio's that come in the MM Majesty? I play a lot of Metallica, Slayer, Kidney Thieves type shreddy stuff and the stock pickups just sing with this style. Excited to hear some thoughts and options!

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. That's usually how I look at guitar pickups and electronics. If I am getting what I want from the guitar, I'm not going to mess with that. Personally I think that the pickups that are stock on the EBMM Majesty are best for playing, you guessed it, dream theater type stuff that JP himself plays. For more classic Heavy Metal, the pickups may not be the best choice.

Yeah if you're happy with it, keep it as is. I think JPs pickups sound great but the SBMM pickups may be great too. Play what you like.
