I tried a set of M-Steel 10-46 strings on Saturday and the D string broke less than an hour in to playing. I usually use Cobalt strings (last 3 years). The string broke about an inch above the bridge. Warmouth build strat with Graphtech String Saver saddles. Are the M-Steel strings less durable? I've only broken 3 strings on stage over the last 5 years. Prior to using cobalts, I used regular slinky strings 10-46 for my entire adult life. Thanks.
