Luke III running on battery

Hello one and all, Happy New Year!

If I install a brand new 9V Lithium battery in my Luke III, leave the guitar cord plugged in and set the guitar in my stand after playing it...approximately how long will the battery have enough current to properly power the boost circuit in the guitar? Is it determined by actual time playing the guitar or just having a plug in the jack?

It’s determined by having a plug in the jack. I don’t know how long it takes, I’ve never ran a battery down or used a lithium battery.
