Hi, new to this forum. I just changed my string gauge on my Ernie Ball Music Man Majesty (Monarchy). I did the thing you're supposed to do where you adjust the springs in the back to stop the bridge from pulling back/forward, but I'm not quite sure if it's level or not. Sorry, I'm a total noob at guitar maintenance. And sorry for the reflections in the picture, I'm not a photographer by any means.

No!!

You'll need to adjust the springs a little bit more. Tighten a bit, tune and repeat until it's completely leveled. Nothing to worry about.

It looks like the pivot edge isn’t sitting in the “V” of the post.

I hope I am not too late with this:

You will want to loosen the strings and springs before readjusting that post (which seems to be sitting quite a few turns higher than necessary or indeed healthy). Strings and springs give enough tension on the bridge to damage it when it just snaps into that "V".

Take the guitar to a tech if you are not sure how to do it.

Cheers :)
