I've been a fan of Cobalt strings for a couple of years, but I wanted to try using some RPS plains for the high strings, since EB only uses cobalt for the low strings, but they feel a little different to the plain strings with the cobalts. I don't think there's any technical difference between them, but these almost feel like flatwounds in compared to the cobalts, if that makes any sense. Is there any difference or am I just imagining it?
