I've done a search, didn't find this question posed or answered.
If not kosher, feel free to delete.

Here's my questions:
Can one buy a replacement neck (roasted maple) to replace a non-roasted maple neck on a Sterling USA?
Does one have to relinquish the existing neck in order for the shop to allow the sale?

And yes, I'm on up-to-date on my meds, thanks for asking.
Just really interested in upgrading the neck on my Sterling.
Thanks,
Holdsg

To replace a neck, you would have to send them the existing neck. You would not be able to upgrade to a roasted neck, I think they only do direct replacements.

If the neck is fine, why? The costs would far outweigh any benefits, and if you have a matching headstock, that's another issue.

I'd love to resurrect this. I have a white hss cutlass that I really enjoy. However, I LOVE the new necks and would rather one of those. Do I have any options? If so, is there an approximate price?
