So no new Axis colors from NAMM?
That and COVID and subsequent restrictions have hit them pretty hard. They're usually incredibly fast in my limited experience...but if there's a delay, they will get back to you.
EBMM has...
Hang. I've seen all of the things about hangers damaging guitars and have yet to actually see it. Shrug.
All the hangers are either in studs or in 50lb rated drywall anchors. I put them up in 2008...
Congrats! There's really nothing quite like when you get your first really nice guitar. I still have mine from 20ish years ago.
I hope you enjoy that axe for years to come!

I have zero desire for a Majesty...but that...that's beautiful.
So, this was my first NYNGD and all I can say is...WOW. Thanks for sharing!
Happy new year all!

Man...that is gorgeous. The L3 and Axis together, though...wow.
Very nice! Happy holidays to you all!
Wow! Another gorgeous Axis!
Are those the normal pickups? Just with black bobbins?
Gorgeous. I almost pulled the trigger on one of these...kinda wish I had now. WOW!
Gorgeous axe! Congrats again!
Woodford is my go to. It's never a bad choice. :)
Moot point now, but I usually wait at least 3-4 hours...I try for 5-6 if I can take it. :)
Congrats! Can't wait to see pics!
Also, I hope the bourbon is something like Blanton's as a reward...
If purple came back, I'd be in trouble...especially since I finally talked my friend out of his red Axis :)
Very much so. I joke when I say it's the best Les Paul I've played...but I'm not sure that I'm really joking.
Maybe EBMM customer service can help you out with replacing it?

I have one, as well, and the output is similar to my Les Paul Standard -- so not quite as high as my Axis models, but definitely not weak. I'd say it's what Bareknuckles calls vintage hot.
This...
That's excellent both in tone and playing!
Wow. That's really gorgeous. I need to try a Sabre. Or maybe I shouldn't. :)
I have a semi-hollow SuperSport and a regular SuperSport (and also regular Axis) and actually never noticed that the semi-hollow was 1/4" (0.6cm) thicker. Wild. I feel like I need to go downstairs...
I think I must be the only one that doesn't like that Axis. That pickup placement would drive me nuts.
Nice setup and selection!
At first, the idea of covering up that quilt at all seemed sacrilege...but the more I see the black pickguard with covered pickups, the more I like it!

Last year at this time, it was a combination of predominantly Gibson and Fender with some Jackson and PRS. I kind of fell in love with the EBMM necks and pickups and don't really want to play...
I think I may have a problem...I had zero EBMMs until this year. Now, I have a few...and a Cutlass en route.

I resemble that remark... ;)
I love that orange sparkle on the ALs!
