WTB: John Petrucci 7 string with the original pickup set!
I just got my JP6 with those pickups, and it sounds great!
Thanks guys. I'm loving it!
Thanks guys. My friend has jp6 in black sugar with a roasted neck. It is darker and has more sparkles, where this one has sparkles, but it doesn't jump out at you as much I guess.
Hey guys, after being on the market for a while I finally found the right guitar, a JP6 in Graphite Pearl!

I had the same problem for a long time, and ended up that a couple of the saddle springs were too short and vibrating when I picked hard.
Looks great! Congrats and enjoy.
That's awesome and cool to hear man! Glad to get that I can't really go wrong either way.
Thanks for the reply man!
Hey guys, I've been looking for an unloaded Jp6 for a while without any luck. Other than getting one for cheaper, Im would like to get one with the original custom dimarizos as people seem to prefer...
Looks great!
Thanks for sharing. Looks awesome!
I would like to try one of these out too, looks awesome! The headstock also reminds me of a Carvin holdsworth.
My friend has the same guitar, awesome find!
That's a bummer, such a talented guy.
Thanks a lot guys!

I am playing my Axe-fx through my studio monitors, so I think everything on that end is okay. (When playing my other guitar, I don't have any problems.)
Yeah that would be kind of tough to test,...
I emailed Customer service and they suggested replacing the trem springs, but as you can see I don't think they could be causing the problem at this point.
Hello guys, I've been doing research and posting around with luck so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try here.
I have an original Music man Jp7 string with the original "custom" dimarzios that I...
Pretty sure it was the strings vibrating behind the nut. Thanks guys!
I have one of the older barebones jp7s with the custom dimarzio's. Everything seems and sounds fine except for playing tighter stuff, or "djent". It feedsback just enough to be annoying and I can't...
