Oh man that sucks. Got any pictures of the current state of the bass? Were they able to get any information from the people who stole it? I guess they were stripping the paint so they could make it...

As long as there isn't a huge size difference with the screws, it shouldn't really make a difference if you are replacing the existing strap buttons.
NICE!!! I've seen some of those in different configurations. How does the sound of the Ash body compare to the usual Maple topped basswood?
Doesn't BP call the 25th Anniversary / Reflex his favorite mistake? It's an incredible guitar, but I think it was just not different enough from other guitars, particularly the Axis.
I have played the Stingray, the Jazzmaster, and the Jaguar. The Stingray RS is the closest in terms of playing the guitar sitting down, however the playing feel is completely different. This is...
Steve and Dimarzio knew what they were doing when they made those pickups. They really do work well together. I've been experimenting with mixing the humbuckers and single coils more and more. Just a...
I'm still stuck on whether to look for the regular axis, the super sport, or the sport. All depends on the color I guess. Gotta have a trem though. Those pickups were voiced for a Trem.
NICE!!!! That's a great color!
Dang that looks nice!!! How does it sound? Are the pickups more modern voiced or more vintage?
These really were tempting, lemme tell you. So as the Albert lee in that orange rainbow flake.
But, I'm happy with the Stingray RS I picked up.
That sparkle is AWESOME. I too am very tempted but can't justify it just because that one is sparkly, and my morse isn't.
Oh wow!!! That's a great color! I never even saw those on the Sweetwater website, though I may have been distracted by the Pacific Blue Sparkle. I'm still distracted by it honestly.
There's...
Oh wow! Hopefully you can snap a nice photo of it, and then you'll have a new avatar!
WHOOOOOAAAAA. That is one awesome guitar! Though so is the one in your avatar. Play it in good health!
You will need to lower the saddles and possibly shim the neck to get an acceptable action. Floating the bridge will raise the saddles.
The pictures are down now, so I'm pretty sure Guitarguitars just got some angry emails and phone calls from EBMM regarding jumping the gun on a BFR release.
How long ago was that posted? I'm gonna guess that is some type of one off, maybe for an artist or the store itself.
Ahh... is the hate more about the guitar, or about HER? I definitely think it's an interesting shape for a guitar, and the three mini setup seems quite nice. If they had offered the three mini in...
Which guitar do guitar forums love to hate?
All EBMM guitars with a bound neck will have a finished neck, not an oiled neck.
They definitely do. Back when Hamer was still around, they were one of the few places that were able to convince Jol Dantzig at Hamer to do special runs. They did a bunch of three mini-hb Explorer...
Yeah, Schaller M6 "180" tuners with the "small" buttons. Looks like Chrome plate finish. Should not be hard to find... except that you're gonna find mostly 3+3 sets.
Schaller does sell individual...
Schaller still makes pretty much every tuner, the problem is FINDING someone who sells the version you need. They have M6 tuners with screws at 90, 135, and 180 degrees from the knobs, locking and...
Do you have any pictures of the tuners?
HOLY CRAP. Now I know why I can't ever find the rarer colors for sale online. That is one impressive collection.
