Well I think if it had been a Rosewood or Ebony fingerboard then the headstock would have been painted hot pink too!

Well technically it's not a stealth because it doesn't have an ebony fingerboard. Hmmm I wonder if an Ebony fingerboard would have looked better? Oh well the Roasted Maple has a nice vintagey look! :)

From what I read, he liked the larger 6 string body, but with the smaller 5 string neck. The 6 string bridge is the same as well so you basically have a tighter string spacing due to the narrower nut...

I agree, since his bass actually has a 5 string neck, maybe they can make a 5 string. I would prefer a 5 string, because that's my main bass, but I would actually buy a 6 string if that's all they...

I just don't think you can go wrong with ANY Bongo, I absolutely love my Sky Blue Bongo (Basswood body and Rosewood fingerboard), but this new BFR just takes it to another level!

Maple neck and Ash body were just too strong for me to say no!

So I ordered one! :p

Of course it would take the masterminds at Ernie Ball to figure out these are what many players (like myself) need!!!
