    Looks like a ~90s body (poplar with blueburst), flea bridge and a newer neck with compensated nut.
    The logos from the 2005 Ltd Edition Buttercream were wine red (bit difficult to see in the pic).

    IIRC the "Sterling Classic" came with ceramic pole pieces and the coils wired in series. Preamp is the classic 2-band.
