I think the logical conclusion to this thread is that Bongos sound great thru almost ANY amp. Mine sound great through my Yorkville rig.

It is the first bass I have owned that can literally do it all for me. I've owned Ricks, Rays, many others, and when I played this one, it was dubbed "The Beast". Can't put it down.

I swear, if those Reflex basses have the Bongo electronics, I am going to drop my "I will play a Bongo for the rest of my life" pledge, and mix in a 5-string Reflex. Those are GORGEOUS!

I WOULD wear one if I could find one in a 3X. 2X shirts I just rip the shoulders out of after 2 washes.
